JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a part time Mobile Featuring & ASO Specialist to join our team. This role will work closely with all of titles in order to help secure featuring opportunities and support our ASO team. The hours per week can vary between 20 - 25 hours.
Responsibilities
- Support live titles and new games to launch and beyond, by working closely with platforms and game teams throughout all stages.
- Interface with platform partners (e.g., Apple, Google, etc.) with which we build and distribute our games.
- Produce First Party presentations with Brand and Product teams, providing actionable insights and feedback as to the format, content, and delivery timelines.
- Manage game roadmaps and shared marketing plans to keep internal and external teams up to date on key business and marketing plan details over time.
- Work with 1st party partners and associated teams to secure promotional support for upcoming content by prioritizing top campaigns and in-app events for collaboration with partners.
- Route, organize, and distribute key marketing assets and materials across internal stakeholders and publishing partners for digital and partner marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate and manage self-promotional tools on Google and Apple (i.e. Google Play Promotional Content Cards and App Store In-App Event Cards) to ensure we are sharing patch news, new update(s) and more to our players.
- Ensure that all featuring creative and promotional copy adhere to our 1st party platform policies before submission.
- nalyze and track key metrics on how our games leverage platform featurings and channels to highlight trends and potential issues
- Develop scalable processes to communicate platform updates, changes and action items to all studios and internal stakeholders
Requirements
Proficient in Airtable, Microsoft Office Suite and Google WorkspaceProficiency with mobile partner portals like App Store Connect and Google Play Console.Basic knowledge and understanding of first party art policies and requirements.Project management experience in managing external and internal stakeholders1+ years of related partner management or business operations experience in a gaming, media or consumer web / mobile services company (preferred, not required)nalytical, with experience driving analyses and recommendations with data- driven frameworkBonus : Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, ect.)bout AgreeYa :
