Responsibilities
Safety
- Address department Health & Safety concerns
- Enforce department compliance with government, industry, and corporate standards
- Promote improved department safety metrics and provide resources for activities
- Enforce safety process adherence for launch-related Pro-Tag and Arc Flash updates, Construction Service Safety audits / compliance checks, and inter-department Pre-Task Analyses
Quality
Lead data driven maintenance processes to improve quality metrics (e.g., higher FTT, less scrap, less contamination, and etc.)Drive root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions through the Global 4D or 8D process.Delivery
Monitor production runs to insure they stay on schedule, and correct any maintenance-related problems that ariseProvide the resources and activities required to ensure problem free start-upsFacilitate start-up and shift-to-shift meetingsFacilitate skilled trades understanding of constraint analysis and provide resources for activities to eliminate bottlenecksChampion constraint analysis and coordinate activities to eliminate the bottlenecksCost
