Location : Alabama (Multiple Sites)

Join a dedicated Preventative Care team in Alabama! Our client is seeking multiple locum physicians to support four outpatient locations focused on improving long-term patient health and managing chronic conditions.

Practice Setting

Outpatient, preventative care clinic

Adult patient population (ages 17+)

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

Flexible, short-term assignments available

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Active Alabama state license (IMLC not accepted)

Prior experience with chronic disease management preferred
