Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Manage FP&A budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis to support executive decision-making

Produce impactful business and financial analysis to enhance operating and financial performance

Lead financial reviews and discussions to guide budget preparations and improve projection accuracy

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in a Finance department, with at least 5 years in FP&A and 2 years in management

BS degree in Finance / Accounting or a related major required

MBA or CPA highly preferred; software industry experience required

Solid understanding of GAAP required

Strong project management skills and proficiency in relevant software tools
