Job descriptionThe Food Services Director plans, develops, organizes, implements, evaluates, and directs the food services department, its programs and activities.Ensures the department is compliant at all times with state and federal regulations.Actively participates in quality assurance activitiesGuide and assist staff to prepare delicious, nutritious meals, according to each residents' needs.Assists Registered Dietitian as necessary.Participates in resident care plan meetings as necessary.Participates in other committees and meetings as necessary.
