Job description
  • The Food Services Director plans, develops, organizes, implements, evaluates, and directs the food services department, its programs and activities.
  • Ensures the department is compliant at all times with state and federal regulations.
  • Actively participates in quality assurance activities
  • Guide and assist staff to prepare delicious, nutritious meals, according to each residents' needs.
  • Assists Registered Dietitian as necessary.
  • Participates in resident care plan meetings as necessary.
  • Participates in other committees and meetings as necessary.
