Overview
We are seeking a highly self‑motivated, data‑driven, and detail‑oriented individual to join our Sales Operations team, supporting SMB Sales. The team enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of our SMB sales organization by managing and analyzing sales performance data, optimizing sales processes, and developing strategic action plans that boost business outcomes.
This position requires a strong background in Analytics and Sales Operations as well as the ability to drive in‑depth reporting, analysis, and complex, cross‑functional projects from concept to execution. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the SMB Business Priorities and organizational initiatives, providing visibility into overall sales performance, running analytical deep dives, and driving accountability across teams to move the needle on our most critical business outcome metrics.
As a result, this role requires a self‑starter who is comfortable taking initiative, operating independently, and generating creative data insights that help move the business forward. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, can identify meaningful opportunities to improve sales performance, and has the ability to translate findings into concrete initiatives. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment where they can adapt, prioritize, and execute with operational rigor.
You will collaborate directly with cross‑functional teams in Sales, Product, and Analytics. This role requires end‑to‑end ownership of our Sales Performance Management domain, either by leading initiatives directly or by influencing outcomes through others. Your strong relationship‑building, influencing, and communication skills will help you succeed.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is $200,000.00 – $285,000.00.
