We are seeking a Senior Solution Consultant based in the US who will serve as the go-to expert for complex solutions, help strengthen the team with strong NetSuite implementation skills, enjoy mentoring others, and foster customer confidence and trust.
Typical Day in the Life
A typical day as a NetSuite Lead Consultant might include :
Perform full NetSuite ERP and CRM implementations utilizing Concentrus' implementation methodology, interacting directly with senior-level client personnel;
provide client training (on-site and / or web-based) as needed.
- Plan and consult with customers on business process improvements in order to configure the system features / functions to client requirements and needs.
- Manage various engagements concurrently with aggressive timelines; outline implementation objectives, issues, findings and recommendations in a variety of client situations.
- Work as a team with other consultants to assess client implementation needs, craft innovative solutions and implement these plans to a level which exceed client expectations.
- Develop and communicate client requirements with the technical developers on potential customizations to the product.
- Cleanse / import client data and document deliverables and completed activities.
- Train associates on various aspects of an implementation and delegate work based on availability and experience.
- Act as lead and subject matter expert for a specific area of NetSuite, either through vertical expertise or deep product knowledge on specific functionality.
- Engage in pre-sales activities such as conducting discovery sessions, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions to prospective clients.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- You have a full understanding of ERP Systems, Business Model Use of ERP Systems, and significant experience as an ERP Consultant, meeting the following criteria :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in NetSuite implementations.
- Possess all relevant NetSuite certifications or equivalent qualifications; alternatively, have over 10 years of ERP Consulting experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, having led at least 7 implementations with a minimum of 3 complex implementations.
- Relevant industry experience of at least 5 years in areas such as business financials, wholesale distribution, manufacturing, demand planning, or similar sectors.
- Experience in Complex Implementations :
- Successfully led and executed complex NetSuite implementations, defined as projects incorporating two or more of the following components :
- Implementation of 2 or more e-commerce integrations (not solely supported).
- Configuration and deployment of complex modules such as WMS (Warehouse Management System), MFR (Manufacturing), Projects, or Suite Billing within the NetSuite ecosystem.
- Development of complex customizations, including multiple customizations each requiring over 50 hours of effort.
- Additional information and needs :
- Pre-sales experience is beneficial but not required; however, comfort with conducting demos and proof of concepts is needed.
- Excellent communication skills, critical thinking ability, and a track record of successful team collaboration in managing and delivering complex ERP projects.
- A competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $150,000, coupled with a comprehensive benefits package, additional quarterly Key Results Area Bonus, and ample opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
- It is a remote setting, needs travel 4-6 time per year.
