Well-established and highly respected Plaintiff's personal injury law firm seeks a mid-level litigation associate to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience and will have prior personal injury litigation experience , be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar , and be capable of managing their own docket of cases from intake through trial or settlement.

Compensation : 135,000+

Responsibilities :

• Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, from case inspection through trial, including pre-suit evaluation, drafting complaints, pleadings, discovery, motions, taking depositions, mediation, and trial experience.
• Manage a full caseload.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions, attend court hearings, and participate in depositions and mediation.
• Conduct legal research and draft high-quality legal memoranda.
• Collaborate closely with firm partners, paralegals, and staff in all aspects of case strategy and client advocacy.

Qualifications :
