Job description
A company is looking for a Sr. Sourcing Manager, Indirect Procurement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories
Lead RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations for competitive pricing
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing with business needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field
5+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing, focusing on indirect categories
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
