Job Title : Project Manager – Glass & Glazing
Location : Atlanta, GA (Primarily Office-Based with Project Site Visits)
Salary : $80,000 – $130,000 (based on experience)
Overview :
A leading commercial glass and glazing contractor in the Atlanta, GA area is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in commercial glass and glazing projects to manage high-profile storefront, curtain wall, interior glass, metal panel, and railing system installations.
What You’ll Do :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Plan, organize, and schedule field personnel and external partners to ensure projects are completed on time and to high-quality standards.
- Manage project budgets, track change orders, and provide timely updates to leadership to keep projects on track financially.
- Act as a key resource for clients, field teams, and internal staff, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Support and mentor assistant project managers.
- Anticipate challenges, develop solutions, and maintain the company’s reputation for excellence.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to field personnel and management as needed.
- Focus exclusively on managing commercial glazing projects , without involvement in other construction trades.

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the commercial glass and glazing industryBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management is a plus, but hands-on experience is highly valuedStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and industry software such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or Adobe Pro DCSelf-motivated, solution-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environmentPhysical Requirements :
Ability to walk, stand, or climb ladders for extended periods during site visitsComfortable navigating active construction sites in varying weather conditionsAbility to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally (project materials, plans, samples)Benefits :
