Job Description

Our client located in Suwanee, GA is looking for an Project Estimator / Administrator to join their team!

Pay : $50k - $58k

In office 4x / week

Estimators are responsible for evaluating bid specifications and drawings ensuring that we know everything required to successfully bid and win the project. Estimators must actively follow up with contractors to ensure that the bids are received. Estimators will also work closely with the Management team on follow-up task to ensure we close the deal.

Job Responsibilities

Bid Administration

• Prepares work to be estimated by gathering job related materials : plans, specifications, schedules etc.
• Preforms precise takeoffs via OnCenter Software
• Compile any request for information (RFI)
• Decipher the project schedule and prepare estimate
• Asses / recommend cost effective options to replace specified items to Chief Estimator
• Finalize estimate with Chief Estimator and Project Management Team
• Ensure 100% of bids / budgets are submitted by the bid deadline – No Exceptions
