We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to design and deliver world-class Salesforce applications that support evolving CRM needs. This role focuses on developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform analyzing project objectives creating customer workflows and troubleshooting technical issues. The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce expertise application development experience and the ability to solve complex software challenges while building scalable and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Meet with project managers and stakeholders to determine CRM requirements.

Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.

Design code and implement Salesforce applications.

Analyze project objectives and create customer workflows.

Establish timelines and development goals.

Test application stability performance and functionality.

Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and system issues.

Write technical documentation and provide training to Salesforce staff.

Maintain the security integrity and reliability of application software.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.

Previous experience in application and software development.

Experience developing customer-facing interfaces.

Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.

Proficiency in MySQL Apex JavaScript Native development and Visualforce.

Working knowledge of Mavens Mate or Eclipse.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to solve complex high-level software and application issues.

Ability to manage projects effectively.
