Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner with a background in Family Medicine, General Medicine, OB-GYN, or Fertility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for integrative healthcare, womens health, and supporting patients in their reproductive health journey.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  
  
• Provide fertility-focused consultations, reproductive health education, and preconception counseling.
  
  
• Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team to integrate medical care with nutrition, stress reduction, and physical wellness.
  
  
• Order and interpret lab work, imaging, and diagnostic tests.
  
  
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  
  
• Provide prenatal, pregnancy, and postpartum care support.
  
  
• Maintain accurate, compliant, and timely medical documentation.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in California.
  
  
• Certification in Family Medicine, Womens Health, or related specialty preferred.
  
  
• Experience in OB-GYN, fertility, or reproductive health strongly desired.
  
  
• Knowledge of integrative and preventive medicine approaches a plus.
  
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-specialty environment.
