Strathwell is actively seeking a strategic advisor & investor with a background in commercial real estate to join our pre‑seed round. We are offering equity in exchange for capital and advisement to scale our AI platform. This role is for individuals or groups who want to invest and contribute strategic CRE insight.

Partners who understand CRE leasing, property value, and utilization

Your Contribution

Share CRE expertise on property onboarding, leasing models, and market expansion

Introduce landlords, brokers, mixed‑use property owners, and CRE groups

Join quarterly investor updates and strategic discussions

Ideal Investor Profile

Background in commercial real estate investment, development, or asset management

Interest in CRE technology, space monetization, or adaptive reuse

Ability to provide both capital and connections
