Account Manager The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with timely and effective solutions. This role includes managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and overseeing the order entry process to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This is a Contract to Hire opportunity located near Oakbrook, IL. Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Process and manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to resolve issues and meet client expectations.
• Monitor account performance and proactively identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, order history, and account status.
• Prepare reports and updates for internal stakeholders and clients as needed.
• Address and resolve client inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and urgency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the order entry and account management processes.
• Support invoicing and billing activities in coordination with the finance team.

Pay Details : $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
