About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Strategic Banking Partnerships to join our team on a fractional basis. In this influential role, you will establish and nurture critical relationships with banks and private lenders while providing strategic insights into go-to-market tactics across targeted market segments.
As a cornerstone of our strategy, you will engage with key stakeholders including C-suite executives and heads of real estate and mortgage lending, facilitating executive meetings that translate into actionable business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in banking leadership, credit / risk management, or real estate / mortgage lending, with a strong emphasis on driving enterprise decision-making and influencing banking adoption.
Your primary responsibilities will include leveraging your extensive network to secure warm executive introductions, orchestrating high-quality meetings, and developing go-to-market playbooks based on real-time market intelligence. We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 15 years of experience in the banking or real estate lending sector, capable of exhibiting executive gravitas, maintaining impeccable discretion, and demonstrating exceptional meeting facilitation skills.
The successful candidate should have a deep understanding of credit policy, loan administration, portfolio monitoring, and risk controls, along with a talent for refining and communicating value narratives aligned with executive priorities.
