As we launch our next new geography, we are searching for a driven, customer‑focused, and operation‑oriented General Manager to lead our team to success.

What You Will Do
Act like an owner :
The business starts and stops with you. You make the calls, you run the show.
Customer‑centric operations :
Be the face of our company, championing a customer‑first approach, ensuring every company interaction, from our office manager, to our techs, to our third‑party vendors, meets our high standards.
Oversight of field operations :
Oversee and personally manage scheduling and dispatching of our techs, as well as continuously optimize routes to ensure timely, courteous, and efficient service delivery.
Manage our vendor infrastructure :
Assign jobs externally and manage customer expectations with our office manager.
Hiring / Development :
Hire, lead, mentor, and develop technicians and service professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Be hands‑on :
Act as an owner, be hands‑on, and ensure that at the end of the day, all the boxes are checked and everything that needs to be done is done.
Own the data :
Monitor key performance metrics and implement data‑driven decisions to drive profitability and service excellence, with an excitement and willingness to own the P&L.
What You Need
Operational experience (industry agnostic; if you’re a killer operator regardless of vertical, this job is for you)
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage, develop, and inspire a team.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and employees alike.
Previous managerial experience, preferably in an operations‑heavy role.
Proficiency in CRM tools, dispatch / job assignment software, and general computer skills.
Flexibility to work both in the field and office settings as needed.
A valid driver’s license.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding expectations.
You must be based in San Diego and be available both in office and in the field during regular working hours.
