We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Industrial Water Treatment team in the Saginaw-Midland-Bay City, MI area!
What You'll Do
Manage customer base and building customer relationships with value added service.
Prospecting for and the acquisition of new customers, through value added consultative selling technique.
Sales growth of the territory by controlling attrition in existing accounts while pursuing new business
Providing value added consultative program control advice to our customers
Review treatment programs and processes (cooling, boiler, wastewater treatment) within the territory accounts ensuring effective applications through routine testing and monitoring resulting in customer satisfaction and business retention.
Conduct annual business reviews with all customers assigned.
Management of customer inventories on site including coordinating orders and deliveries
Conduct the necessary site and LMS / class room training programs to understand the overall operations of the territory plants and new customer sites.
Sell new business and new applications in your territory. Develop and implement sales plans on new opportunities with the direction of the Area Manager including documenting ROI.
Establish, maintain and prioritize an accurate and current sales funnel in SFDC.
Manage profitability of the accounts assigned
Review territory applications and processes / procedures for safety improvements.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor of Science degree in chemical or mechanical engineering, applied sciences, or engineering with applicable experience
5+ years in Water Industry and customer / technical support activities
Proven sales track recordwith strong technical and selling skills
Experience providing field customer support including technical, operational and laboratory expertise.
Ability to function independently as well as in a team environment
Effective communication skills - able to accurately and concisely convey complex technical concepts to all individuals of all levels of experience both in a written and oral format

The expected compensation range for this position is between $105,600.00 and $176,000.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
