Sales Development Representative (Salt Lake City)
Our Sales Development Representative is dynamic and laser-focused on making outbound calls to cultivate new sales opportunities.
In this role, you will help drive new revenue for the company by qualifying and setting up sales meetings for Account Executives.
This is an excellent opportunity for people early in their careers to learn sales and begin the career path to being an Account Executive.
Brief Requirements
- Has at least 3+ year of SDR / BDR experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Experience making 75 outbound calls per day to cold leads.
- At ease on the phone and able to engage diverse personalities.
- Is fearless and not afraid of being told no by prospects.
- Thrive on being a team player and eager to help the entire Sales Team win.

The on-target earnings (OTE) for the Sales Development Representative role, if you are based in Salt Lake City, UT, is $73,000 depending on experience.

To be successful in this role you’ll need to :
- Enjoy reaching out to prospective leads from enterprise-level businesses via email, phone, web chat, and social channels, with the goal of creating discovery calls for our Account Executives.
- Possess a strong understanding of the sales process, including researching leads, taking a personalized approach to starting new relationships, and setting up our Account Executives for success.
- Have a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding your goals, including dials, talk time and marketing qualified leads created.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to strategically prioritize a defined list of outbound targets.
- Communicate with all levels and departments of your target leads to effectively position the value of Service Objects.
- Be self-motivated to watch and read training materials to stay up-to-date with existing and new service offerings.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. However, we want everyone to have a happy life outside of SO, and we seldom work more than 40 hours per week.
There are occasions were things get busy and you may be expected you put in some extra time. We work hard and smart so we can stay in this for the long haul.
