• Responsibilities

Direct the daily operations of a department(s).

• Develop specific departmental goals, standards and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
• Direct all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinaryactions and continuing education initiatives.
• Develop departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations.
• Direct special projects and business analyses.
• Develop short and long term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
• Requirements

Education :

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experiencerequired, with 2 of those years being in leadership / management OR Associate's degree / Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership / management.
• Additional Preferences
• Registered Nurse and / or Respiratory Therapist
• Experience in and with Pediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care transport is strongly preferred
• Someone with CAMTS accreditation for transport systems familiarity and experience is a plus
