Training Facilitator
Optomi, in partnership with one of our premier clients, is seeking a Training Facilitator to join their Learning & Development team! This role will play a vital part in scaling training programs for both customers and internal teams, ensuring engaging, high-impact learning experiences that drive adoption and success across the organization’s SaaS platform.

- This is not a Talent Development or Human Resources related role. It primarily focuses on CUSTOMER-FACING Learning and Development. The ideal candidate does not come from a Human Resources or Talent Development background.
Location : Hybrid in Atlanta, GA
Experience of the Right Candidate :
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Business, or a related field.3–5 years of training facilitation experience, ideally in a SaaS, technology, or construction-related environment.Proven ability to engage and instruct diverse audiences in both virtual and in-person settings.Comfortable teaching SaaS platforms, with the ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical learners.Strong presentation and communication skills, with a confident, energetic delivery style.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.Experience gathering participant feedback and collaborating on continuous program improvements.Flexibility to thrive in an evolving, start-up style environment.Preferred : Experience with Zoom, MS Teams, or other virtual facilitation platforms; background in sales enablement, construction technology, or project scheduling (CPM).Responsibilities of the Right Candidate :
Lead and deliver customer bootcamps (virtual and onsite), helping new users understand core concepts of the SaaS platform and CPM scheduling.Partner with Sales and Customer Success to scale training offerings as upsell opportunities and customer value-add programs.Facilitate internal training programs, including company-wide sessions, sales curriculum, and team enablement workshops.Serve as lead facilitator for key events, workshops, and customer engagements.Collect and evaluate participant feedback to refine materials and improve delivery methods.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging, content, and training goals.
