Vice President of Finance – Manufacturing & Distribution

We’re seeking an accomplished Vice President of Finance to lead the financial strategy, accounting operations, and IT functions of a growing manufacturing and distribution organization. This is a hands-on executive leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving financial performance, operational excellence, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across Accounting, Finance, and Information Technology , ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to guide executive decision-making.
• Direct the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and financial systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with operations and IT to enhance systems, automate processes, and improve data-driven decision-making.
• Lead cost accounting, inventory management, and margin analysis for manufacturing and distribution operations.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other key external stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance, accounting, and IT team to support the company’s continued growth.
