Job descriptionBuild, test, document, and maintain application programs and interfaces using CMS platforms Lead meetings, manage deliverables, and align with business goals across a 15-person team Produce clear technical documentation and conduct rigorous testing to ensure quality Proactively suggest module system improvements and automation opportunities Identify and escalate issues, document impact, and provide technical support as needed Minimum of 1+ year experience with CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms, and project management tools Ability to represent the website as the main point of contact and communicate effectively with stakeholders Proven leadership skills and ability to lead meetings Demonstrated ability to bring new ideas and solutions to the team Strong written and verbal communication skills 1+ year of experience in enterprise-level systems and processes Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Previous experience in customer service
