Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Train and supervise staff, providing ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.

- Manage budgets and financial performance, including cost control and revenue optimization.

Qualifications
