Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine — Required

Active or obtainable NJ medical license — Required / Supported

BLS certification — Required

Experience in outpatient adult medicine — Required

EKG interpretation proficiency — Required

Occupational medicine exam experience — Preferred

Cerner EMR experience — Preferred
