Were looking for an experienced clerical staff member with strong Excel skills to serve as the right hand to our Corporate Compliance Officer. In this pivotal role, youll champion quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across our hospice programsensuring that the care we deliver not only meets but exceeds standards.

What Youll Be Doing :

• Assisting in the Oversight of our Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.
• Trending clinical data and tracking patient outcomes, safety, infection control, and satisfaction using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Collaborating with nursing leadership to enhance documentation, training, and clinical competencies.
• Monitoring compliance with CHAP standards, Medicare conditions of Participation, and all state regulations.
• Educating staff and serving as a clinical resource for quality and compliance.
• Supporting risk management, incident review, and improvement initiatives.
• Representing our mission with community partners and referral sources.
