Various Caregiver roles available in Norway, ME :

As a caregiver in our residential programs, a Direct Support Professional (DSP) will provide direct care support to adults with intellectual disabilities and / or autism and a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician (MHRT) will provide support to adults with persistent mental health challenges.

Support consists of assisting clients to achieve their goals as established in a personal plan, acting as a role model, encouraging change through positive reinforcement, administering medications, inspiring clients to be as independent as possible, and encouraging client community integration and inclusion.

You will support individuals in the community using company vehicles for client transportation.

Full-time, part-time, and flexible per diem DSP and MHRT-1 direct care positions available in Norway, Maine. Day, evening, and overnight shifts available, per diem shifts include coverage for all shifts, especially overnight and weekend.

Requirements :

Caregiver Requirements :

• A high school diploma / GED
• 18 years of age or over
• Active driver's license
• Experience in direct care, preferred, but not required. Willing to train.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers whose primary language is English
