Develop and implement personalized treatment and aftercare plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and treatment team meetings. Connect clients with community resources and provide referrals as needed. Education & Licensure : Master’s or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Social Work. Must be currently licensed or license-eligible as an LMHC, LICSW, or LCSW in Massachusetts. Skills : Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills. Strong clinical assessment and documentation abilities. Availability : Flexibility to work some evenings and one weekend per month.
