Provide essential, high-quality therapeutic services to individuals within our integrated behavioral health clinic.
Conduct individual counseling sessions, assessments, and intakes.Develop and implement personalized treatment and aftercare plans.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and treatment team meetings.Connect clients with community resources and provide referrals as needed.What You Bring :
Education & Licensure : Master’s or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Social Work. Must be currently licensed or license-eligible as an LMHC, LICSW, or LCSW in Massachusetts.Skills :Sensitivity to cultural diversity.
Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills.Strong clinical assessment and documentation abilities.Availability : Flexibility to work some evenings and one weekend per month.
