Job Summary : We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead mechanical service and construction operations across a designated region. In this role, you'll oversee complex projects, drive new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure smooth coordination between field and office teams. The ideal candidate combines a strong mechanical background with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to balance hands-on project execution with strategic growth initiatives.

Position Responsibilities

• Project Oversight

Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities for assigned construction and service projects to ensure objectives are met safely, on time, and within budget.

Oversee day-to-day operations of the service department within the assigned region, ensuring efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Lead and manage mechanical operations within the assigned geographic region, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals.

Supervise and support office administrators in handling project documentation, billing, and scheduling.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring open communication and customer satisfaction.

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within both service and construction sectors.
