Pediatric Physical Therapist - Outpatient Clinic | $15K Sign-On Bonus

We're seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive care in our state-of-the-art outpatient facility.

Core Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate and assess pediatric patients' physical conditions and developmental needs
  • Design and implement individualized treatment programs
  • Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise, gait training, and soft tissue mobility
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
  • Document patient progress and maintain detailed treatment records
  • Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and equipment use
  • Ensure age-appropriate care delivery from infants to adolescents

    • Required Qualifications :

  • Current New York State Physical Therapy license (or eligible)
  • BLS certification (required within 90 days of hire)
  • Strong pediatric clinical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Physical capability to lift 30 pounds independently
