Account Manager
Momentous Insurance, A Marsh McLennan Agency, is seeking an Account Manager for the Personal Lines team. This role is non-exempt and full time. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing the highest quality service to customers and cross-selling within the existing book of business. The Account Manager will serve as the day-to-day liaison between the insurance company and designated accounts managed by Account Executives / Sr. Account Executives / Producers. Daily servicing will include addressing coverage issues, contract analysis, exposure analysis, issuing auto ID cards, handling all inside service work associated with client accounts, including all endorsement activity, routine coverage questions, problem solving, renewal control, preparation of formal proposals, checking and binding policies.
The Account Manager should have experience in all areas of Personal Lines insurance. As needed, the AM will coordinate with and defer to the Account Executive / Sr. Account Executive / Producer on strategic account issues and potential problems. The AM is responsible for the successful fulfillment of Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines (SOG's).

Work environment & physical demands include the ability to use a computer keyboard and sit in a stationary position for extended periods, as well as use office machinery such as fax and copy machines, and telephones. Work is performed in a typical interior / office work environment.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
