We are building a new standard for intensive therapy – rooted in relational depth, psychodynamic insight, and emotional presence. Our founder has laid the foundation, and now we’re looking for a partner who can help bring that vision to life each day, in every interaction, and in every moment of care.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for an Executive Clinical Director who :

• Is mission-driven and passionate about higher-acuity care
• Began as a clinician and still values the craft of therapy
• Has a relational, emotions-focused, trauma-informed or psychodynamic orientation (rather than a predominantly cognitive or behavioral one)
• Transitioned into operations and leadership, discovering a love for systems and accountability
• Is process-driven and skilled at embedding systems into daily operations
• Will periodically still join or lead sessions as a way of staying grounded in the work and connected to the clinical team
• Is decisive, accountable, and comfortable holding others to high standards
• Balances compassion with firmness; respected by staff, but unafraid to say, “this is what needs to be done”
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Can take a founder’s ideas – established as well as evolving ones – and turn them into daily reality, building systems that scale

This is not just a management role. It’s about creating a systems-centered culture where team members know what’s expected, feel supported, and are held accountable—with kindness and consistency.
