Team Lead, Configuration Testing

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Configuration Testing (RPA / Automation).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily activities related to testing of medical benefits, provider reimbursement, and claims workflow

Guide and direct staff onboarding, training, and development while prioritizing tasks and managing resources

Track issues, provide solutions, and ensure compliance with ticket controls prior to system implementation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Minimum of three years of health plan business or systems solutions experience

Exposure to Facets or equivalent systems preferred

Prior supervisory experience preferred

Certified Professional Coder (CPC) is preferred
