Scheduler-Intermediate (Center of Brain Health, Biggs Alzheimers)

Job Title

Under general supervision, responsible for providing all elements of scheduling and registration support to a clinic.

Responsibilities

Scheduling :

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments
• Monitor and manage the reschedule work queue to ensure timely follow-up and appointment coordination.
• Confirm appointments and follow up on no-shows or cancellations.
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff regarding scheduling needs and patient flow.

Required Skills

Three (3) years of related experience is required. Clinical experience is preferred.
