About the Role

This role will support the Wireless Tower organization and manage vendor relationships for telecom wireless services.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage wireless contractors
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors across multiple programs
• Track milestones, budgets, and timelines using MS Excel and project management tools
• Analyze project status and provide recommendations to maintain cost, schedule, and quality targets
• Ensure all documentation meets client and internal standards for project closeout
• Lead client update meetings and maintain strong customer relationships
• Interpret construction drawings and proactively identify conflicts or issues
• Participate in virtual utility coordination and project progress meetings
