Healthtrax values your talents :

• Work with Fitness Director to develop and realize your quarterly business plan
• Willingness to be cross-trained in multi operational support of new client prospecting, sales, service desk as well as fitness business needs
• Ensure that the fitness floor, equipment and surfaces in the Center are sanitized, cleaned, in working order and well maintained
• Provide Safe Start & Healthy Start appointments
• Ability to advance through multiple Tier levels
• Aptitude for professional development participating in Healthtrax University personal training workshops and your company subscription for online courses / CEUs / discounts for Certification renewals to enhance your credentials
• Generous quarterly bonus rewarded for consistency in meeting obtainable goals
