Clinical Director – Mission Prep Healthcare
Full-Time | Salary | Exempt
Location : Loudoun County, VA. In-person Monday-Friday, 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm.
$115,000-$135,000 with a $5000 bonus after 6 months.
Must be willing to work on-call.

Mission Prep, part of the AMFM Healthcare family, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Director to oversee our adolescent residential treatment program. This is a leadership role for a licensed (or associate licensed) clinician who is passionate about helping teens overcome mental health challenges through structure, compassion, and evidence-based treatment.
As Clinical Director, you’ll guide a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, client-centered care while fostering an environment of clinical excellence, professional growth, and collaboration. You’ll oversee program operations, clinical supervision, and compliance — all while shaping programming that inspires therapeutic engagement and measurable outcomes for the adolescents and families we serve.

Mission Prep aims to provide support and sustainable change for adolescents and families who are challenged by primary mental health struggles. What You’ll Do
Lead and support the clinical team to deliver exceptional, evidence-based care for adolescents in residential treatment.
Develop and refine programming that meets both client needs and payer requirements.
Oversee day-to-day operations, clinical documentation, and adherence to accreditation and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with company leadership to ensure seamless admissions, effective treatment planning, and continuous quality improvement.
Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to therapists and clinical staff.
Foster a culture of empathy, professionalism, and accountability across the program.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Licensure :
Master’s degree in a behavioral health field required.
Licensed or associate licensed clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, Psy.D)
Experience :
Minimum 3 years of experience in mental health treatment, ideally in residential or adolescent care settings.
Proven leadership or managerial experience.
Skills & Traits :
Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and adolescent development.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
Ability to inspire, coach, and hold teams accountable in a positive and professional way.
Other Requirements :
Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
CPR / First Aid certification and current TB clearance.
