Business Office Manager (BOM)

Join Champion Care at our Regional Admissions Office in Muskego, WI as the Business Office Manager.  This positon is M-F, no on call, and no weekends.  As the Business Office Manager you will work within a strong group of clinicians and admissions professionals supporting the admissions process for our various SNFs in Wisconsin.

The Business Office Manager (BOM) will be primarily responsible for insurance verification, follow up, and authoriozations (if necessary).

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Set up and maintain financial files for residents : billing, admission papers, state and Medicare reimbursement documents.
• Complete receipt records, post deposits, run cash receipts batch listings, research, prepare, and post adjustments, call in deposit, and enter census daily into the community database.
• Insurance verification.
