A dynamic, community-based PACE program in sunny Pensacola seeks a Board-Certified Internist or Family Medicine Physician to serve as Medical Director , leading a dedicated team in providing exceptional care to older adults (55+) who qualify for nursing-home level support but can still thrive at home. Key Responsibilities

• Lead with Purpose : Oversee participant care, clinical outcomes, and quality initiatives.
• Team Leadership : Guide and support Primary Care Providers and Advanced Practice Providers.
• Hands-On Care : Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe services at home or in partner facilities.
• Care Planning : Participate in intake decisions and help families navigate future care needs.
• Collaboration : Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings (bonus points if you bring donuts).
• On-Call : Share in a rotating provider on-call schedule reasonable and balanced.
