- Schedule : 17 shifts per month
- Hours : M-F 10-7, Sat, Sun 10-5p
- Patient Volume : 35 PPD
- Job Requirements : Must be BC / BE, ideally in FM
- Compensation : Top compensation, including base salary + lucrative bonuses
