CD&A - Senior Manager Digital Business Intelligence
Let's do this. Let's change the world. Amgen's Data Science department is seeking an US-based Senior Manager, Digital Business Intelligence to lead our globally distributed BI operations team. This role is responsible for :
You will play a central role in transforming BI operations into a scalable, automated, and innovation-forward capability that supports decision-making across functions. In addition to ensuring operational stability and consistency, this role will champion adoption of AI-assisted analytics, automated data pipelines, and new technologies to elevate our analytical maturity.
Flexible Commuter role to one of Amgen's offices in Thousand Oaks, CA or Deerfield, IL. You will work on-site a minimum of 2-3 days a week.

Basic Qualifications :
Doctorate degree and 2 years of data engineering, science, or operations experience
OR
Master's degree and 6 years of data engineering, science, or operations experience
OR
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of data engineering, science, or operations experience
OR
Associate's degree and 10 years of data engineering, science, or operations experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of data engineering, science, or operations experience
In addition to meeting at least one of the above requirements, you must have a minimum of 2 years experience directly managing people and / or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources. Your managerial experience may run concurrently with the required technical experience referenced above

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
