Infrastructure Design & Implementation

o Design and deploy scalable infrastructure solutions across physical and cloud environments.

o Configure and maintain Windows Server platforms, Active Directory, DNS, Azure services, and Microsoft 365.

o Implement and manage Cisco networking solutions including access points, switches, routers, and firewalls.

Cloud Operations

o Assist in the migration and integration of workloads to Microsoft Azure.

o Monitor cloud performance, cost optimization, and security compliance.

o Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions across cloud and on-prem environments.

Systems & Network Administration

o Administer and monitor network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.

o Manage storage systems, virtualization platforms, and server hardware.

o Support integrations between systems and services, including identity management and cloud connectors.

Security & Compliance

o Implement and maintain security controls across infrastructure layers.

o Ensure infrastructure adheres to security policies and compliance standards.

o Manage endpoint protection, patching, and vulnerability remediation.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting

o Use tools such as M365 Admin Centers, Azure Monitor, Cisco Meraki, and third-party solutions to track system and environment health.

o Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues across physical and cloud platforms.

Collaboration & Support

o Work closely with cross-functional teams including application, networking, security, and support teams.

o Provide Tier 2 / 3 support for infrastructure-related incidents and requests.

o Participate in infrastructure projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

o Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities .

This job operates in a professional office or home environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee will be required lift objects up to 25 lbs.

This is a full-time position and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 : 30a.m. to 5 : 30p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the company.

Travel will be required to attend company and client meetings and trainings, as well as visit with partners.
