Credential Requirements : TN Medical License, DEA License, BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, Board Certification

Minimum Yrs. Experience : 1

Scheduling & Logistics

PT / FT : Part Time

Order Type : Permanent

Shift : 6 : 30a-6 : 30p or 6 : 30p-6 : 30a

Hours per Week : 24-36
