As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for residents and visitors. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Observe and report any security-related irregularities or incidents, such as property damage, theft, or presence of unauthorized persons. Work collaboratively with property management and / or law enforcement as needed to address security-related concerns. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and patrols as required by Allied Universal and site management. Remain alert and attentive while patrolling, adapting to varying working environments and conditions specific to the residential location.

Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
