The Big Task

As a Customer Service Representative at Southern Pride, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer experiences and maintaining our stellar reputation. Key Sub Tasks

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

• Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently.
