Job Summary :

• This position will report to, and is responsible for working with, the VP Regulatory, Deputy General Counsel & RTO Strategy Officer to develop strategy, shape rules and advocate on behalf of PSE&G’s transmission business and PSEG’s nuclear generation business in PJM Interconnection, LLC (PJM.
• This position has responsibility for external interfaces with PJM management, with other PJM Transmission Owners and Generation Owners and with relevant trade and industry groups such as EEI, WIRES and NEI to advance PSEG’s business interests.
• This position will represent the company’s interests at various RTO committees and Task Force efforts, meetings with the PJM Board and in meetings and initiatives with other PJM transmission owners consistent with shared obligations codified in the Consolidated Transmission Owners Agreement.
• The position will serve as a back-up for the VP Regulatory, Deputy General Counsel & RTO Strategy Officer in internal and external meetings regarding  transmission and markets policy issues affecting the company.
• The position will closely coordinate with the Federal Regulatory group in Law on cross-functional FERC issues that involve PJM. The position will also help to ensure that PSEG’s governance-related obligations to PJM are satisfied, including timely completion of annual member recertifications.
• This position will also collaborate on RTO strategy affecting Enterprise, and will regularly interface with other business units, including PSEG ER&T, PSE&G Electric T&D, PSE&G Asset Management, PSE&G Electric Operations, and PSE&G Renewables & Energy Solutions (RES) to make them aware of all PJM developments / rules changes that impact their respective businesses.
