Consult are partnered with a high growth, Private Equity backed manufacturer within the Dental Technology space.
As the company continue to grow and expand globally, they are searching for an Inside Sales Representative to join the team in the US to help drive revenue for the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Managing inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and online leads.
- Working with existing customers (Dental Practices) to cross sell and upsell products.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Educating clients on product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly / quarterly sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
- Collaborating with marketing and field sales teams to drive growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or account management (dental / medical sales a plus).Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.Comfort with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).Self-motivated with a passion for hitting targets and helping customers succeed.
