Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of existing top-tier and strategic customer accounts
Drive onboarding activities and ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Establish and nurture relationships with customers to achieve growth and advocacy
Required Qualifications
4+ years of customer-facing experience as an Account Manager
Experience in growing an existing account base and maintaining high renewal rates
Ability to drive new business growth through customer advocacy
Experience working with complex, multi-divisional customers
BA / BS preferred
