The Therapy Grove is growing our community of in-home SLPs .

We’ll help you build your own schedule around your own life while providing consistent communication and support .

We are looking for SLPs to conduct assessments and provide therapy in-home and occasionally in-clinic around the Santa Monica and Pacific Palisades area. CEU reimbursement offered after 3 months of employment.

Duties :

• Provide speech and language therapy services to patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine the nature and extent of speech and language impairments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to improve speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.

Requirements :

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Experience with pediatrics

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Pay : $65.00 - $85.00 per hour depending on experience.
