Job descriptionOrder, perform and interpret diagnostic and therapeutic tests and procedures Management of full spectrum of Family Medicine Prescribe pharmacologic and non pharmacologic interventions Collaborate and coordinate with the primary care team to deliver evidence-based care and to Opportunity for administrative role for qualified candidate MD or DO from accredited institution Active licensure in the State of Illinois as a physician Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice BLS and CPR certification is required
